I’m also a poet and fiction writer. I’ve written a novel, a travelogue, and two poetry books. But its nothing so special as all four books are pretty normal and short (each of around 40 pages). These days I am writing my 5th book: Aik Mohabbat So Afsanay.
1. Andharay Main Andhera Aadmi
In english the title would mean: ‘Dark Man In Darkness’. Its a dark and pessimistic novel. Very pessimistic. Thats why I have kept it personal. No one has read it yet. Will never be published. Was writtten quite a long time ago.
Its my first collection of poems; contains English poems. Mostly philosophic. Self-published in 2003.
Its my travelogue written in Urdu. Its about a mountain area of Pakistan: Swat, Kalam, Mahudand. But it is actually more a description of a feeling of obsession that remained over my my mind during all the travel. Its not published yet.
My second collection of poems; contains both English and Urdu poems. Mostly romantic. Self-published in 2004.
And I am back to writing again after a gap of 2 years. This books is under writing. It is a collection of pieces of prose each of 1 page length. You may call them short stories. The stories are about love as present in our very surrounding. Read Now.
